How to update your name
  1. Log in to CHOICES.PINK and select My Account.
  2. Select “Subscriptions”.
  3. Update your profile; First name, Last name, Email, Phone number, or Consultant number and select “Submit”.

How to update your phone number
  1. Log in to CHOICES.PINK and select My Account.

Can I change my username?
No. Please choose your username carefully as it cannot be changed.

Managing your account

How to reset your password
  1. Simply visit CHOICES.PINK and select LOG IN.
  2. Click Forgot Password.
  3. Enter your username or email address, then click Request Password Reset.
    An email will be sent to your Primary Email address that includes a password reset link.
  4. Click the link in your email, and you’ll be able to enter a new password.
  5. Enter your new password, and you’ll be ready to go!
How to view your account information
  1. Log in to CHOICES.PINK and select My Account.
    1. To view your subscription, select “Subscriptions”.
    2. To view your payment information, select “Payments”.

How to update your credit card information

To update your credit card information:

  1. Log in to CHOICES.PINK and select My Account.
  2. Select “Subscriptions”.
  3. Update your payment information; Card number, expiration month/year, and CVC code and select “Submit”.

How to pause your membership

When you request to pause your subscription, the subscription remains active until you reach the end of your current billing period, at which point the subscription will move into a paused state.

To pause your subscription:

  1. Log in to CHOICES.PINK and select My Account.
  2. Select “Subscriptions”.
  3. From here, select “Pause” to pause your subscription.
  4. Select “OK” to verify your request to pause your subscription.

When you pause, you’ll still have access to your paid membership benefits until the end of your monthly billing cycle.

How to resume your membership

When you request to resume your subscription, the subscription will move into a resumed state.

To resume your subscription:

  1. Log in to CHOICES.PINK and select My Account.
  2. Select “Subscriptions”.
  3. From here, select “Resume” to resume your subscription.
  4. Select “OK” to verify your request to pause your subscription.

How to cancel your membership

We hate to see you go, but if you need to cancel your subscription and end your membership.

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Log in to CHOICES.PINK and click My Account.
  2. Select “Subscriptions”.
  3. From here, select “Cancel” to cancel your subscription.
  4. Select “Yes” to verify your subscription cancellation.

When you cancel, you’ll still have access to your paid membership benefits until the end of your monthly billing cycle.

Can I rejoin i if cancel?

Definitely! We’d love to have you back, so whenever you’re ready, just re-subscribe from your Account page.

To re-join your subscription:

  1. Log in to CHOICES.PINK and select My Account.
  2. Select “Subscriptions”.
  3. From here, select “Subscribe” to re-join CHOICES.PINK and follow the procedures there.

Remember, if you just canceled your subscription, it may still be active for the remainder of the last billing period, and you must wait for that to expire before re-purchasing.

Refunds

Subscription Refund Request

If you are not satisfied with your subscription, please send an email to support@choices.pink and request a refund of your current month’s subscription. If possible, please provide your username and a reason for the refund.
